In this very first post of my beauty blog, I would like to discuss the unpleasantness of a girl who is pretty by the face but ugly by her mouth; doesn’t know what she says.
Without Wisdom, one just doesn’t realize that he has to think before he speaks. A girl without wisdom, is like a pot without the flowers, like the lips without a smile, like eyes without their shine.
Wisdom. Lets first get to know what Wisdom is. According to Psychology Today, it involves an integration of knowledge, experience, and deep understanding that incorporates tolerance for the uncertainties of life as well as its ups and downs. There’s an awareness of how things play out over time, and it confers a sense of balance.
Wise people generally share an optimism that life’s problems can be solved and experience a certain amount of calm in facing difficult decisions. So, tell me now, how can a woman get away with not being wise through the ups and downs, and the bumps that life throws at her?
As a mother, wife, daughter or for herself, a woman can’t lead her life perfectly until wisdom isn’t lighting her dark paths. As much as it is unpleasant to admit, a woman faces more problems in this world than a man does. Wisdom is more important for a woman than it is for a man. Not to say that they can live without it, though.
Where am I going with this? Anyway, many say that wisdom can not be taught. But, I believe that if a person has knowledge, wisdom touches his feet. It’s the knowledge. It’s the experience. It’s what you get from your experiences.
Let me ask you a question. Do you think you’re wise? I believe in this quote below.
According to Socrates, “The only true wisdom is in knowing that you know nothing.”
Because, knowledge has three stages, according to Hazrat Ali. One is when a person receives knowledge and he becomes proud of it. Second stage is when a person receives so much knowledge, he becomes down to earth (just like a tree full of apples). Third, and the last stage is when the person receives so much knowledge, he comes to a conclusion that he hasn’t received any knowledge yet.
That’s when you’re wise. That’s when you receive wisdom.
Many say that wisdom can not be taught. But, I believe that if a person has knowledge, wisdom touches his feet. It’s the knowledge. It’s the experience. It’s what you get from your experiences.
That’s about it for my first post. Hope you liked it.
