Ramadan is right around the corner and although it is a beautiful opportunity to get closer to Allah, it also let's us get healthier. Haven't we all exhausted all possible ways to lose weight? Yes, we have, and we're still going strong. Ramadan is around the corner, and while some of us are obsessing over what to cook for sehri and iftari; some of us are thinking about losing some extra weight.
Here is my plan for the month!
Working out is one of the best things you can do to yourself. While working out can make your skin glow, all the sweat and dirt, and sun exposure can damage your skin, too. The exercise part really does wonders to your skin. However, all the other variables can work towards reversing that effect, and causing acne.
